Morgan Phillips, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist/Clinic Director
Morgan grew up in Hawaii and attended Saint Louis University in Missouri where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Prior to moving to Washington in 2018, she lived in Kansas and Oklahoma, working in skilled nursing, home health, and outpatient settings. Morgan believes educating, engaging, and empowering the patient throughout the recovery process leads to a positive experience in which the individual may achieve his/her goals. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Allison Donlan, PT, DPT
Allison grew up in a small farming community in northwest Iowa. She attended Buena Vista University where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University. Prior to moving to Washington in 2020, she lived in Iowa, Tennessee, and Minnesota. She has experience working in skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient settings. Allison’s treatment philosophies include actively engaging patients in the rehabilitation progress to provide self-motivation for recovery, providing education impairments and benefits of therapy, and treating the whole person.
In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids, biking and exploring the outdoors. She also has several hobbies including photography and crafting.
Matt Stalnik, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Matt was born and raised in Alaska. Soccer brought Matt to the lower 48 states where he competed in College, Semi-pro, and Pro Arena Soccer. Matt is no stranger to injuries and has had two knee surgeries which through his own experience with physical therapy he decided to enroll at Whatcom Community College where he graduated in 2020 with his Physical Therapist Assistant Degree. Matt looks forward to helping patients become pain free and achieve their rehab goals.
When Matt is not working, he enjoys fishing, tennis, golf, soccer, hockey, and the outdoors.
