Everybody there has become family to me. Everyone I have interacted with has just blown me away with the support and encouragement. The atmosphere in the clinic was very energic and positive. All of the staff I worked with were very caring, personable, knowledgeable and yet lots of fun. Made PT mostly enjoyable. I am assuming this is the McKenna site. First, let me say that the atmosphere of this place is absolutely amazing. Second, I will speak of the techs, and they are the best without question, very compassionate folks. Thirdly, I will speak of the Therapists, whom are the most knowledgeable and caring experts in their field, and I have been to a boatload of physical therapy offices being addressed by numerous therapists. fourth, I highly commend the administrative folks, who have worked with me with scheduling, putting up with my last minute changes, and doing it with a kind and caring voice. Lastly, but definitely not last as order goes I speak to the management side, who in my opinion there is not a more orderly office/installation run, and which speaks outwardly to the patients who attend this physical therapy office. Morgan runs a very efficient site. It is evident she LOVES her work and career. When I speak to friends and family about the physical therapy location I go to, it is nothing but praises. Thanks y’all, and I most likely will see you in the future with whatever comes my way. Make sure don’t get rid of the “Game Ready” ice machine…

I do not have the words that can describe my gratitude with Yelm P.T. I have had therapy with Yelm Physical Therapy now for 169 visits. Soon will start 12 more then hope to be graduate. Those visits span a 12 year period and through 5 surgeries, spinal. With out Yelm Physical Therapy my recovery would not be possible. My team during therapy would encourage me, when it seemed impossible to me. Often through my tears… Though these last 12 visits, no tears. I have a good team with you all and thank you!

I’ve had the pleasure to have Ashton as my therapists for the past few months (and for the second time in less than 4 years, unfortunately due to my health), and she is amazing! While I typically see Ashton at my appointments, I’ve had Joelle fill in a couple of times when my schedule didn’t match her availability, and she’s just as great. The girls at the front desk and all the staffing are welcoming and professional and they care about your wellness. Beth assists me with my exercises and “fun” and keeps me on my toes (literally), so I don’t give up. Even during this COVID pandemic they’ve maintained a very pleasant work environment. I’ve arrived when my condition was at its worst, and while I’m still working toward my goals, they have made it so much better. It is such a friendly environment, clean and organized like it should be. Thank you for doing such an amazing job!

I have to say this place was great. I wasn’t looking forward to going to therapy but Morgan and Allise made it something I looked forward to every week. My doctor told me I wouldn’t see much improvement in my neck but that was not the case. Morgan is amazing. The two of these girls work as a team and make everyone feel so welcome. The gym is extremely clean and I feel comfortable when I am there. I highly recommend Yelm Physical Therapy in McKenna.
